Jane is a real estate veteran and founder of Perth-based real estate agency, Hummingbirds. She is Triennial holder and licensed sales representative. Jane holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management). A people-person at heart with an entrepreneurial streak, Jane is known for her high standard of customer service and can-do attitude which have enabled her to build a strong reputation and diverse network across Perth.

With over 20 years’ industry experience in sales, leasing, and property management, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and working behind the scenes to match buyers and sellers together. Outside of work, Jane loves spending time with her three daughters, family and friends. She enjoys travelling - in WA and beyond when possible - playing mahjong with girlfriends; and is learning the ukulele and enjoys playing the piano. Also on the music front, Jane is a member of a local choir. She keeps healthy with regular Best Body Pilates sessions and is a member of Next Generation Kings Park. After a few years off-court, Jane is relishing being back playing night competition on hardcourt and social on grass at Royal Kings Park Tennis Club. Jane has recently entered what she calls her ‘sailing phase’ and looking forward to lots of adventures.

Brilliant sales experience and wonderful personal touch

We met with several agents and knew straight away Jane was the right one for us! Jane was realistic about what we would get for our house, and had excellent contacts to help us fix up a few things and make the place look great. Jane kept in contact with us consistently throughout the process which was appreciated. We ended only having one "first look" home open and sold out house, getting 50k more than what we anticipated in this market. I should also note that the reason we met Jane was because she sold us our new house. And as buyers, we also had an excellent experience.
